At Snuggly Bears Emporium, we want you to love your new companion, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unhugged condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our 'Track Order' page to select the specific bear or accessory you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach securely to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the box is sealed tightly to protect the plush materials during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
