How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your new friend sooner.
Can I wash my Snuggly Bear?
Yes, most of our bears are surface-washable. We recommend using a damp cloth with mild soap and allowing the bear to air dry to maintain the integrity of the fur.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'Happiness Guarantee.' If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
